Default 1996 EZGO CDI ignitor and Voltage Regulator wiring

So I just replaced the CDI Ignitor and Voltage regulator on my cart. It ran before but not now! I think I may have messed up some wiring. Turns over but won't start. There is an orange and red wire that goes out from the CDI ignitor. I put them both on the positive lower terminal on the starter solenoid. Is that correct?

Anyone have pictures of their 96 or close to EZGO wiring? Golf cart Christmas parade is in 2 days. Clock is a tickin'

Thanks

Yeah the plug makes that happen. However there's another red wire coming out of where the plug is and that red wire is the one in question

It won't let me post a link yet because Im a new member. But if you look up this part on Amazon you will see a picture of the red wire coming out of the clip with a round terminal on it. I put that on the lower left terminal of the starter solenoid

Looks like I had the wiring correct. It was a faulty CDI. Chinese rip off. I'll order an OEM one . I put my old one back in and it runs.

There are no OEM's to order unless you know something we don't.

If it was running, and isn't now after replacing parts...put the old ignitor back in.
