It is definitely trying to stop. Does not stop but slows down . If not the speed sensor , then what could it be????

It CREEPS. Starts out real tourqy then drops to maybe 5 or 6 mph. I don't have a radar gun.

Maybe weak batteries? Do you have a DVM (digital volt meter)? If so, you should connect the leads to the main pack terminals and see what the voltage drops to when going up a hill.

I put it on the discharge machine and it took 5 minutes for it to go to 48volts.
