Homemade G14 lift
I am attempting to build my own lift. Why? Just want to see if i can do it. If not, Jake's is only a click away!! I was just wondering, how far forward I should move the front axle to fit bigger tires? I was thinking 2". Too much? Not enough? I will post some before and after pics when I get started!!

Re: Homemade G14 lift
Will 1" be enough for 22s? I guess it will be better than none. You seem like you have built one before...

If your a little crafty you can save alot of money by fabricating stuff instead of buying it. I know I did.

http://usera.imagecave.com/TheNewGuy...-copy-copy.jpg I already had this idea in my head and then stumbled on his pic. I hope mine turns out as well. You know what they say...big bubbles, no troubles! I got my pieces cut today. I m going to put them together when I get a chance. Doing it in my spare time at work. just wasn't sure about how much I need to set the axle forward if any at all. Thanks for everyones help!!! |
