Default 2006 ezgo pds no power

Hi all, I have an 06 ezgo pds 36v that just quit out of the blue it will go about 5 feet and then stop the solenoid is clicking when pedal is pushed i have checked voltage everywhere and the only place it seems to be low is at throttle switch it starts out at 28v and when you push the pedal it drops to 4v whether the cart moves or not my batteries are about 5 years old my readings at the battery, controller, solenoid are 37.6 i have the charger on it to get full charge but i am thinking its the pedal switch but not sure and don't want to start replacing parts as they are pricey any help would be appreciated

What is the pack voltage when the solenoid clicks, but cart doesn't move?

The controller might be bad, or it might not be being told to energize the solenoid, so you need to check if the correct voltages are present on several pins. If all the wires highlighted in red on the attached schematic have FULL battery pack voltage, the controller is being told to energize the solenoid.
