Ok, so You are using the FN1 just for throttle rate and not speed control.

I see scottyb post about the hall effect throttle, so You would need to use the FNR to control the half-speed signal on the Alltrax Controller.

Are you using a reverse contactor or a mechanical FNR switch?

I am using a contacter. It looks like the stock f and r switch but it is a heavy duty one. You swing the lever to left for forward and right for reverse.

With the reverse contactor you normally use the FNR "rocker" switch to activate the "reverse" input on the controller.

I have not seen the wiring diagram you used, but the same wire that goes to the "reverse" contactor positive coil activation also goes to the "reverse" input on the Alltrax Controller.

He is describing a rotary F&R . He has no reduced reverse option unless he chose the additional micro switch F&R

That makes sense. I can fix that pretty easy. I am most interested in the top end I was supposed to get. But, I believe I am getting what I'm going to get. Particularly upset with that. I have an email to them to see what they say, but, hearing I was going to get 30 and getting 23 is a let down. I think I could have accomplished the same using a lesser expensive motor.

Again we need to know if the control is seeing a 100% throttle signal before you pass judgement on the motor. When the alltrax sees a 100% throttle signal the status LED changes from green to orange. Is the LED going orange?

Okay well, this control is set to 100% speed and it is seeing 100% throttle signal. Are all the cables new? None of the cables getting hot ?

Actually the controller will not turn on unless the solenoid fires. At this point it is moving. So with the brake set and a quick punch to the floor shows 100% in the toolkit. While doing the same looking at the led I see flashing green light...not orange. I just walked out to test.

All the cables are new 2 gauge, except the battery jumpers. I am making them tomorrow. The battery jumpers are currently the stock ones...6 gauge? They get slightly warm, but not hot.
