Default 02 cc 48v iq no go

I have a 02 cc iq cart that will not move. No click from solenoid but has battery voltage across large terminals. Has reverse buzzer. Mcor shows goes from 0 to 100% on handheld like it should. The only noise it makes when you press accelerator is microswitch inside mcor. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

What should be read with a meter at the small posts on the solenoid?

Remove the small wires from the solenoid.
Activate pedal and should get 48V.
If so then coil on solenoid is open or shorted.
If not then check for 48V from pack negative to light blue wire on solenoid with key on. No pedal pressed.
If no voltage either the key switch is bad, sonic weld has a problem or controller.
Pin 10 of the 16 pin connector should have 48V when key switch is on.

Check on these and report back.

You have a Handset, that will tell you what you are missing as well as a fault code if the system produced one. Should be a simple diagnostic

Go to the MONITOR menu of the handheld and look at FOOT INPUT. Ensure the keyswitch input and forward input are both ON, cycle the accelerator pedal. The foot input should turn ON when you depress the pedal. If it doesn't, replace the MCOR.

Thanks for chiming in!
Missed the fact that OP had a handheld and of course the possible MCOR issue.
Let's hope it's a MCOR issue and not a controller.

Figured it out. Ended up being a remote operated theft thing that was wired into everything. It was allowing some voltage through sometimes and sometimes none at all. Owner had no idea it was even in there or where the remote for it is. Bypassed it and cart runs fine. Thanks everybody
