2005 TXT F/R switch Issue

Hi All,
I have an issue with an F/R switch on this cart. It is a series cart.
I had to rebuild the switch because S2 cable was burned up and fell off the board. I used a new board and a new cam from Red Hawk. I also replaced all the HV cables going to the board and back to the controller & Motor because a couple had been scuffed by the frame.
Now for the weird part... I have continuity through the switch at all contacts (when the switch is moved F/R). However... B+ Voltage stops at the bottom (A) terminal and does not continue to D terminal when switched forward. My local golf cart guy said some of the import switches were not that great. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Nevermind...Defective switch...missing one buss bar.
