Default Altrax PDS controller settings

Scotty, just installed my new controller and solenoid a couple of hours ago. Code shows I has ITS throttle setting. It this correct for my 06 ezgo PDS TXT? When I hit accelerator it doesn’t move and makes a funny humming noise. Everything was working fine last night cruising around neighborhood on my old controller so I know there isn’t a motor issue. Appreciate any help you got.

Getting one green and two red when I hit the gas. “Battery under voltage”. Batteries were charged all night are still showing charged if that helps.

Do you have a real digital volt meter installed in your cart, or a handheld digital multimeter (DMM) so you can check pack voltage before and while hitting the go pedal?

I have a volt meter. Putting tester on pos from one battery and net on another I’m getting 38,4, doesn’t change when I hit the gas.

Guess I should’ve read the small print. Little yellow on pos, little blue on neg. no more error code. will give her a test run tomorrow. Thanks guys.

Kewl. I just figured I'd ask voltage for ScottyB, to save one email iteration.

Let us know.

Went for a drive tonight, just me. Took off okay but only ran about 10-12 MPH. Went up a very slight incline and felt it slow a little. Even with the larger tires and lift the stock system would run at least 22 mph or so. What am I missing?

12-14 mph is what it might run stock.

So with the heavy duty controller and solenoid I’m running slower than stock? And losing power up very slight in line? What am I missing?
