Why hot widen the front end when you install it. If you are going to use the warrier frame ,just spred it apart before mounting. Of course I haven't looked at doing it or if it can be done, but sure seems to be an easier solution if possible. I'm looking at useing an old mojave frame I have and that is my plan.

Yea, that would solve the track width issue. But I'd still have to figure out which wheels to use or adapt to my old wheels.

I found a pair of pre-04 Polaris sport quad rear wheels today.... 10 x 8.5 with a 2/6.5 offset. Stock setup is the deeper part of the wheel to the inside, & the air valve on the 2" side. I can flip them around so the deeper part of the wheel is to the outside, move the valve to that side, and they make the Warrior's IFS track width almost 48" wide.... with no wheel spacers. Plus they fit over the Warrior disc brakes & spin with no contact. Rear is already 50" wide so this will be close to perfect.

Cost me $60 at a local place called Recycled Cycles. Tons of stuff there.
