Charger should stop at around 16 hours (automatically) . . .

The charger running for 12 hours plus is an indication of battery trouble. If it shuts off at 16hours, it has timed out. If it has timed out it is likely not finished charging, just the safety timer has shut the charger off.
I would check the batteries with a voltmeter first and then hydrometer. If they are new check the installation (reversed battery or main leads on wrong battery?)
What is the charging pack voltage up to right now?

i know your icthin to figure this out BUT if the charger runs 16 hours and stops and the batteries or charger arn,t super hot or boiling water all over the place plug cart back in and let charge more.......this could be an indication of a bad battery or other problem but it could also be the batteries were never charging right with the old OBC and now they are......its not that uncommon for a charger to time out and have to be put back on a 2nd time.......i,m thinking if this is the case when you get on and drive you,ll have your speed and power back..............................

Well, when I arrived at home charger was off. Took it for a 15 min spin drive, just driving around the neighborhood, and speed was little bit better, but still slow, when arrived at home checked pack voltage and it was at 48.5v

What is happening?

Btw, charging again to juice the pack again.

Charger indicates 7-8amps... At only 15 min run.

i suggest the same thing scotty posted but after you charge them a few times......go over all the batteries 1 at a time voltage, load test and SG readings.......we,ll find it..................................

its the specific gravity of each cell............you,ll need a battery hydrometer you can get at parts store about 10 bucks just make sure you get one for batteries as they sell one for anti freeze also........it will have a scale on it and if you find any weak or bad cells then you,ll have found the problem......................
