all stock it runs 17 to 18 mph......which from the others i have driven is about the norm but i have seen them at only 14 to 15 which i think is ballbark for the cart.......drove one last week all stoke and it hits 20 mph on long flats............i,m leaving now to go look at one at camp see whats wrong with it.........................................

So it appears I may just have a slow cart and a Motor/Controller combo is in my near future to get it going any faster. That's a bummer I was hoping for that magical "quick Fix" that would unleash it's true potential. Thanks for all the help guys..........
