ok..i got everything like you said and the cart is running fine....but i still feel like there is a slight resistance after going for a while at top speed. It never did that before even with old cables. and that A2 cable doesnt seem to be getting hot yet like before so that maybe fixed

I definitely recommend changing your wiring from Automotive wire to Welding Cable. I'm sure this mod helped, but it may not resolve your issue completely.

If i change cables to welding cables and still having issue....then what? thanks |

That's usually the case. For some reason that post generates more heat than the others. I'd take the motor apart and inspect the brushes. Make sure the commutator is clean and the brushes are in good shape.

motor is brand new bought it in May from club car....what are brushes and where are they located?
