Default Swapping Controllers?

I have two 2010 Precedents (PH), one red and one black. The red has speed code 4 and the black has speed code 3. Need to switch something so that red cart has speed code 3 and black cart has speed code 4. Considering changing bodies but requires taking flip seats off both, along with other installed items. Couldn't I just switch controllers? Are controllers easy to access and remove?

Don't know about your cart, but my 2003 DS has had the controller changed out. I have one with speed code 4, and one with speed code 5. I have the code 5 in the cart now. BTW, it does have a little more torque with the code five controller. I have to let up on the go pedal to keep from bumping the golf course carts going up hill. They are dead even with my code 4 controller going up the same hills.

It is an after market item. Do a search for code five an it should bring up all kind of information on it. It does work. With all stock except four gauge wires I am getting 22 to 25 mph, with a little increase in torque.
