Have you tried running without the diode, or verified that the diode is positively good and installed correctly?
How about a pic of the diode install? Sometimes a picture is better than 20 posts. |

I'm going to take the diode off right now and try it but wont that blow a pedal switch doing that also not good for it?

Ok with the diode off the cart moves back and forth everything hooked up. Should I put a new diode on?
