Melex tires and wheels

Does anyone know where to get larger tires and wheels to fit an older melex 212? Mine is in pretty good shape for how old it is, but I'm going to have a checklist as to whether this project is going to eat me alive.
a. the engine is a Cuyuna 300 which is a 299cc air cooled twin.It runs but needs the mikuni "bv" carb rebuilt. No luck so far finding a kit.

b. the front suspension is shot and lifted poorly. I love how Roadie lifted his
and I will copy his lift style, but will still need tie rods.

c. primary clutch works but missing a huge chunk, secondary doesn't work, but will still need to answer the clockwise/ counterclockwise dilema as the engine in "forward" runs clockwise and most snowmbiles run counterclockwise in forward?!? ( I was thinking about swapping in a snowmobile engine I need to figure which engines can run both ways as this cart runs engine backwards for reverse )

Monkeywrench 2542 and "Project Go-Fore Broke" P.s. I know this is wrong category ( electric ) but there are no other " gas" Melex carts out there.
