Default New or rebuilt motor ?

Anyone know where I can get this motor rebuilt or a new one purchased ...Nivel has one listed for this but the numbers dont match up just right ... This one is a 36/48 volt and Nivel says its a 36 volt ...

I had to replace my motor and was debating between buy it new or rebuilt. Just for the price from a new one $1200+tax to a rebuilt one $475+tax; i didn't think it twice and choose to rebuild it. Also there is another issue you have to check if you are trying to get an used one; it will be hard to find something that is the same. So for my situation my I had to choose rebuilt.

Maybe give plumquick a call/e-mail and see if they can help you out with a rebuild.

They make a lot of custom motors off of those D&D cases.

It would definitely be cheaper than buying a new one and I'm sure you'd gain some performance from it.

The new OEM motor is available under part number CVG193187u. Yes, list price is $1262 from Columbia, but EV Tech has available with a normal everyday 5% discount, then an additional 10% for BGW members, plus free shipping. Here's the link:
