You are going to need a decent digital voltmeter. Like a 7 function model from Home Depot or such....... Runs about $40 to get a decent one...... We need to start out with individual battery readings and a pack reading so we can compare your batteries to thew chart below and see if they are healthy. Readings should be take 2 hrs after the charger shuts off. Is the charger an automatic shut off or a timer model?
