Default Melex Model 152 Serial # 166870

I have replaced wiper board, lugs and resistor coils and still have fire shooting on 4th and 5th lug at wide open throttle. How can I resove this?

The resistor coils are probably rusty/broken, clean/fix those.

The wiper arm lug should only be contacting ONE stationary lug at wide open throttle maybe that is your problem? Or the wiper and lugs are not properly aligned.....?

and just to add to that, take some sand paper to both the pucks and the wiper to clean it up, and make sure the wiper is wearing square or flat, and not at an angle.
