hooking up accesories
i was wondering... i wanna hook up some headlights and an led battery indicator light. i wanna make sure i hook the lights up correctly to the batteries. which pos. and neg. should i hook to to install lights... etc any help would be awesome!!!

you'll need 12 volts, so, if you have 6 volt batteries, pick two that are next to each other and connect the positive from one and the negative on the other. if you have 8 volt batts, you'll need a voltage reducer.
i'm sure some better qualified addicts will chime in with more advice. also, you posted in the EZGO section but it looks like you have a yamaha. might make a difference in your knowledge base :) good luck! |

thanks for the knowlege!!!! definitly will come in handy.... yeah i have a yami but im doing some work for a friend on his ezgo.... what a project this is... total rebuild ..... came out pretty awesome tho. thanks again for the input
