Default 91 ezgo electric

hello to all and let me say i am new here and thank you in advance for any and all the help i may receive!!! well, that being said, i have just "acquired" a 91 model ezgo and put batteries in it, and nothing... there are two small wires(one red one black) that come from the bottom of the "controller, right on back side of for rev switch, have small enclosed ends, no idea where they are suppossed togo, also there is a white wire coming from the bottom, dont know where it goes, also there is a red wire coming from the control box (close to motor) and dont know where it goes....can post a pic if neccessary.. this cart was said to have been "hot wired" thereby not needing the key to cut it off and on, why i dont know, because key is there!! please any and all help will be greatly appreciated!! thanks kenneth...any schematics will be appreciated also!! thank you for your help

Those 2 small wires with a ring terminal are usually found on the F/R switch micros.

believe this is what i have been looking for, looks as though i am going to have to do some rewiring!!

Sometimes your better off ripping out all the exsisting wiring and starting over. Especially when there have been to many hands touch it.
