Default Yamaha G2 Brakes stuck on...

Hi all, Plowmans Kit installed. Cart is (was) running like a dream. But today things have changed. I think the brakes are jammed partially on. I’ve pulled the floorplate and checked the cables - all seems to be free and moving ok. What do I do next? Thanks in advance.

Are you sure it's the brakes? Jack the rear end up and try and spin the rear tires? Take the clutch belt off to eliminate anything in the drivetrain. With the belt off and tires in the air, the rear tires should spin freely. If it's in neutral, the secondary clutch should not move. If it's in gear, the secondary clutch will spin with the rear tires, direction depends on which gear F or R.

Problem solved. Installed the Plowmans performance kit and forgot to grease the secondary clutch. Reached out to Don and he diagnosed the problem in a nano-second. Three pumps of grease and we’re away again. Luckily we haven’t used it enough to do any damage!
