Update: Fixed it
So the big plug wasn't the issue. I noticed there was a small relay next to the big plug/controller. Guessing it's ignition relay? Mostly because the motor would spin but not ignite when I unplugged it and plugged in the big Connector/Controller. Went to Autozone and overpaid for one that looked similar.....didn't want to wait for shipping. |

So did it end up being a relay or a voltage regulator? Wish I knew what you were talking about cause I am having the same issue with my buddies cart. But when I unplug the voltage regultor the fuse doesn't pop and the cart runs.
