Had a guy like that last fall. I bought a new sheave and pulled the pins, dropped the new sheave on and lubed it up...works like a charm. But the secondary sheave (the alum one) was just as bad and I put a new half on that too. It shifted like * with that much wear.

Yamaha says they don't service that clutch, but a dealer had parts yet. Or you can buy new or used. I might have bought it here: http://www.tntgolfcar.com/yamparts.p...N7-46220-00-00 My local dealer said I'd have to buy the new clutch and a few other places said I could not buy the old parts either.

i use them quite often.they are decent guys and very helpful.

I have a complete clutch from mine. Ended up going with a bigger engine so I had to buy a comet clutch. Ill have to check out the condition of it but I wont want much for it. Let me know
