Clubcar, do you have a voltage tester or are you just running blind ? From the posted wiring diagram you should be able to ascertain where the correct voltage should be going to at any given time. Voltage testers are pretty cheap and will save you a lot of headaches for years to come. For right now, even a simple 12v light tester will be a great help. I just saw one at NAPA for $3.99 !!

I had the same problem and it was the micro swicthes. So I would replace both micros with 3 pole or the ones that have three wires connecting to it.They are about $2.50 a peice. So if the fuse is good and you replaced your soleniod with a proper clubcar soleniod than I would say its probably a micro-switch. Like I said I had the same exact problem and thats what it turned out to be. The only diffence is that mine sort of went slowly it would start than it wouldn't.

i,m sorry i should have told you to check the micro switches 1st my bad..............its just as many of them i have done and i,m sure there a quite a few others here who have their hands on them all of the time the solenoids go bad much much more than the micro switches but if you go by the book yes the micros 1st you test and check.........i,m sorry i cost you a solenoid...............................

no worries shadowman it wasnt to exspensive i think it was 22$ i guess next ill replace all the micro switches.
