Default killswitch wiring

quickquestion. i have a gas ds cc want to wire a killswitch, which wire in the dash can i use to break the connection, so the cart wont start. i thaught it was the white wire, but that didnt work

trial & error....its the red one!!!! makesure u disconnect the battery, because i accidently touched the red to another wire, and blew the fuse
