Default 93 Gas Club Car

I recently picked up a 1993 gas Club Car that has been sitting for years. I installed a new battery and it runs fine but when using the headlights, it seems to drain the battery. Any suggestions?

check the battery and make sure its good and have it load tested than with a voltage meter and cart in maintence mode check your voltage as you slowly rev engine.........you should have voltage between 15.. and 15.7 if voltage isn,t rising chances are bad voltage regulator.....................

More info than you probably want to know about gas CC charging systems can be found in this recent thread...

It's long, but worth the read if your having charging problems.
