Re: My club car has a smoking problem!
The last time I had that happen I replaced it with a "hi-flow" fuel pump like the one Tom at CPP sells. It is nothing but a regular fuel pump that most of the new briggs vtwins use but it seems to flow better than a factory metal club car pump. I had a briggs intek vtwin laying around that threw a rod so I stole the fuel pump of it and that fixed my problems. Also check all your fuel lines and especially your vacuam line for to make sure it is tight on the fittings and not sucking air. I dont know why but club car doesnt use screw down hose clamps but I would replace all of those cheezy clamps they use with some screw down type. I couldnt tell you why you are burning oil now thats weird.
