On mine, I have a red/yellow wire where yours is red going to the tow/run switch and red/black where you have the black going to the controller. I put the diode facing the run/tow side (left just like yours in the picture), but I got nothing after install. I was under the impression that the large posts did not matter, but do they for the diode? If so, the positive from the battery pack is on the right big post which would mean I would need my diode to be opposite from the picture, and I had it wired backwards when I tried it. If that’s the case, it could be why it appears my controller is not working now.
