Default Floor Mats?

What is everyone doing when you need to replace your floormat? I dont feel like spending $75 and up on some rubber to put my foot on. Does anyone have any cheap tips or DIY's on this?

I have one older cart with carpet. I have seen a rubber floor mat at Lowes big enough for like $45 to cut to fit. And lastly check local feed store to see if they have sheet rubber goods for trailer floors.
I bought some 3/8" x 5' x 12' for $40......Would do a few carts (cuts with a razor knife and a strong arm)
I have seen indoor/outdoor carpet on em too

I bought a piece of this stuff. $2.22 sq/ft for solid color and shipping was cheap. That was a couple years ago...http://www.allmats.com/site/439205/page/208946
