Re: Yamaha G8 Club - Please post!
Still above ground so I guess that’s good. How have you been? Been working on an old 85 Dodge D150 short bed that I brought back to NY from Texas. Needs a lot of work but it’s rust free so that makes it worth a lot more here in the rust belt. I pulled the old 318 and replaced it with the same thing but freshly rebuilt. Tires and wheels on it this weekend. it’s going to get all new interior with bucket seats. Last weekend it got brand new exhaust from the exhaust manifolds to the back fully welded with stainless steel mufflers and pipe. I picked up an older style bird bath hood for it from Curt while I was visiting him. His dad had an old 73 dodge sitting at his place trying to hid out with all his Fords. The last picture is of my dog at Curts place.

Re: Yamaha G8 Club - Please post!
G8 barn find! still runs ok. But I have a 18 hp Briggs, And a set of off road tires n wheels. I am building a jig to fab, my own A arms. But should I move the front axles, ahead??? More room for BIG TIRES. Maybe an inch? what could it hurt?

Re: Yamaha G8 Club - Please post!
My A arm jig, is done. I can slide the king pin axle, up or down, and 6 inches fore n aft. Ive already decided to move the Axle forward and Inch. But should I move out? Increasing the track width?

Re: Yamaha G8 Club - Please post!
I just got a G8 and I’m looking to add a windshield and roof. Are there any compatible roof struts for the G8?
