EC25-2PG Ezgo Bogs Down
I have a mid 80s Ezgo, I have a new carb on it, cleaned reed valve, and put a new headgasket on it. Problem is it runs great until I take it into grass areas, like my lawn no tall grass, it bogs down until it almosts stops and takes off again if I stay on driveway or pavement it runs great and it did this even before I did all the work. Thanks

Re: EC25-2PG Ezgo Bogs Down
A new drive belt is 1 3/16" wide. Anything less than one inch is junk. How wide is your belt?
You should also squeeze the 2 plates together on the driven clutch. If you can make them lean towards each other with one hand, the shaft is worn in the clutch. |
