Default it time to come back!

Well after many years of owning my old g1 cart i sold it early this summer
Because we moved to a new camp site and i was worried about the noise?
So i bought a nice electric ezgo and went mad with upgrades lol i love the cart
But now half way through the season we found their is alot more places to ride the cart
One of them is a 12 mile loop trail so i think its time to sell my electric and go back to gas
My g1 with the gov bypassed would run 30mph and my friend has a g16 that runs the same with gov bypassed
Are the newer g22s pretty much the same? I was told the newer drive carts cant be turned up to run like the g16?

I have a 2009 g29 with speed spring and governor all the way with 6" lift and 23" tires and GPS anywhere from 28-30.

I know from reading several forums and this one as well.. That removing the governor and getting larger diameter tires gets you in the mid to upper 20's in mph.
