DS Belt change
Is there any secrets to changing Belts. Thanks.

With the cart in neutral, pull the belt to one side so that when you turn the rear clutch by hand it rides up and off as the clutch 'wheel' turns.....

ive heard that method is bad for the belt but ive been doing it for awhile and it is very easy and i havent had any belt problems

remove the drive clutch then remove the belt

Thats how we DOO it on 200+ horse power sleds and alls good. |
