Default frozen bearings

Hi Just found this site. I purchased an old EZGO electric golf cart 2 years ago and has worked just fine until last week when all kinds of noise started coming from the drivers rear wheel. When I removed the wheel parts of the wheeh bearing fell out. I removed the C clip and have spent 4 hours trying to remove the whats left of the outer race. I have this tool that is made to remove forzen torn up bearings but no go. I can't remove the passenger axle or bearing either. Any ideas. Have heated the bearing. If I get the other axle can I remove part of the rear end and put a section of rebar thur it and knock the bearing out. In the past on a boat trailer I had to cut and beat it out. Will taqke any help you have.

How do I find out what year it is. Only info is a plate with the sn# 694980 and mfg code 00792
Thanks
