![]() I have a 2006 Precedent 48 volt new Trojan batteries, the problem is the cart will start and run but quits at half throttle. When I let off the pedal it kicks back in and runs. I have replaced the MCOR and speed sensor. I need some help in getting this thing going.

![]() I think your pedal linkage to the MCOR needs adjustment.
MCOR could be an issue. Where did you get it from? Some are not reliable. |

![]() The Precedent pedal group does not have any shafts like the DS, it is a direct connection.
It does sound more like a bad/poor connection or high resistance path (cable or solenoid contacts). Does the solenoid turn OFF? You may want to start measuring voltages while the cart is running, start by clipping the voltage meter probe on Controller B+ and looking at the voltage as You drive. |

![]() I have checked every connection the speed sensor is new the mcor is new the batteries are fully charged
the cart runs well until you get the accelerator pedal to the floor then it cuts off. As soon as you let off the pedal it takes back off. I am at a loss. What should my voltage be on Controller B+? |

![]() Is it half-throttle or full throttle that cuts OFF (you said both)?
The voltage on B+ should remain inline with pack voltage, if it drops below +40v or so, You have an issue. Just connect the meter and drive the cart, press the pedal slowly and notice the voltage reading on B+ when the cart cuts off. |

![]() 49.2 volts when cart cuts off it then goes back to 50.2 which is what the cart measures before I press the pedal
