G21-a Build
Ok, So i picked up a used G21a and have started the rebuild. Guy that i bought it from did a decent body job but never did anything to the engine. I have asked a few questions before and since right after the trade and hopefully will have all the replacement parts in by the weekend. Here is a photo of the cart just purchased nothing done! Time for some customization. Time to remove some parts and get the welder going. Front and rear LED Lights with indicators stereo. Gona custom fab a top and Rear seat with the extended frame may have space for a small cargo box between the front and rear seat. Any thoughts the sky is the limit unfortunately the cash is not. In the future I will do a 6" lift and tires and wheels and I think that may be it.

Re: G21-a Build
I wouldn't want to have that box loaded too fart to the rear....... You'd have a wheelie popping monster.
Looks like a good one to build though. Take lots of pictures and keep us in the loop! Many here like seeing pictures. |

Re: G21-a Build
Ok so new clutch belts and throttle cables. Getting great speed 18mph and runs well. Only problem I am having now is it seems the primary drive clutch is slipping on the shaft when I go. It squeaks and if I let off and go very soft just to start engine then very slowly accel it works great. It dosnt slip all the way I tightend the primary with my impact and it looks fully seated. Is there supposed to be a washer on the main bolt the parts drawing dosnt show one but just asking. Other than that cart runs great after some cable adjustments. Picts of the current build to follow.
