I just had an issue with my HES being installed backwards. If you get the cart running and it seems to be either On or Off, meaning there is no middle ground with your accelerator pedal, then the wires for the HES are flipped.

As you can imagine, this poses a problem with my Shelby that goes 30 mph. You're either going 0 or 30, which makes it hard to drive in traffic.

just received my HES from China but it has two prongs and my has three anyone know if this can be wired together

The HES on the left does not have a circuit board, so it needs the circuit board on the right. Your accelerator pedal wire harness should have a 3 prong plug that connects to the circuit board.

The HES in the middle has the circuit board built in, so you connect directly to it from the harness without the external circuit board.

Still looking for help when we plug in I get power for a minute then HES gets real hot and cart won't move. Getting crazy codes that I was not receiving off old unit
