Default G16E electrical question

Greeting all,

How many volts should I have at key switch? Cart runs fine getting ready to Install dc to dc converter I ordered from Scotty's.

G16E limo 36volt

Thank you CGTECH, I may have a problem as I checked it last week and found it only to be like 6 volts. I will check again.

I just realized something I would have to test from switch too last negative in battery pack. Is that correct?
