Default 2010 e-merge won't do anything

I have a problem with my 2010 e-merge. Went to use it and everything is normal except in won't move forward or reverse. First time I have had any problem. Batteries are good and ignition seems fine. Forward reverse switch tests ok. Emergency brake switch tests ok. Can't find any blown fuses. It was working great when parked and always kept on charger. I notice the back-up horn does not work when switched to reverse. Any ideas?

Check to see if parking brake lever is pressing engage switch down far enough to allow circuit to make contact. (remove rubber boot from brake handle and check by pressing switch for engage) If this works bend the metal tab on the brake handle down a little and adjust switch as high as possible to solve future problem, I added a 1/8" shim to the tab (Gorrila glue) over a year ago and still OK.

Do those have a run / tow switch, that could be off?

Yes, they have a run/tow switch, easily located with ID lettering.
