Extra button G19e controller ???
Hi guys - any ideas what this "extra button" is attached to the controller? Maybe a reset or something?
Thanks Jimbob |

Re: Extra button G19e controller ???
Looks like a 4a circuit breaker. It's not factory equipment, that's for sure.

Re: Extra button G19e controller ???
Thanks for the reply cgtech - I will trace where the wires go to and from and try to work out the reason it was fitted tonight. Any random guesses as to what circuit it could be protecting?

Re: Extra button G19e controller ???
Probably replacing the factory 3a atc fuse. If so you could leave it, the circuit can handle a 10a fuse for a alltrax dcx controller.

Re: Extra button G19e controller ???
So i removed the "extra button" / circuit breaker yesterday to see if it would fix another problem. I had an issue where intermittently the cart would die / hesitate at certain throttle positions and sometimes just feel sluggish. I had tested the throttle position sensor and it tested fine, the i went thru all connectors (batt / controller / motor) and for the next 5 or 6 rounds the problem had disappeared... until last weekend when it came back pretty bad. A new throttle position sensor was fitted and it wasn't the fix. Took a punt on removing the circuit breaker from the circuit and it seems to have fixed it! Will have to wait for a few more rounds yet before i say it was the fix and am yet to trace the wires to see what circuit it was "protecting", (it was a green wire though). This could be half a clue for those that have similar hesitation / surging issues... maybe.
