2017 Yamaha AC Drive2 out of ballance after lift

Hello we've owned a few golf carts over the years and never ran into this problem after lifting them.

I installed the Jakes 3" spindle lift, with Rohx 22"DOT street tires on 14" rims.

I thought I had a bad tire so the dealer had sent me a new tire with rim.
I changed each tire out and noticed no difference.
So I took the 23 inch all terrain tires off my 2015 Club president, and swap them over to the Yamaha and still had the same issue.

It feels like the cart I can't tell if it's from the front or rear end is riding like on an egg. It feels like one of the tires are severely out of round.

Only thing I can think of now is somehow when I lifted it with the Jakes lift, or I did Bend the bar that goes across the frame in the rear end when I jacked it up. There's a little square bar that connects two the unibody and when I went to check it from that point it bent the bar up about an inch.
Any ideas if that would cause it or something else?

Jack it up and spin each wheel and look for out of round or wobble.

OK you think it's still a tire issue?

It's weird how I put the other set on it and it was still noticeable

That's a good idea they sent me an extra tire and rim and I changed each one out but didn't know if I even changed the bad one I couldn't tell the difference

I'll Jack it up and spend the tire and see if I see something that looks really bad out of balance or wobble

Remove the rear wheels & check for the throwaway drum retainer clips. They look like a odd silver washer stuck over one wheel stud. Does not allow the wheel to sit flush on the drum. Yamaha released TSB to remove & discard.

I remember seeing that
It's like a C - Clip on the one stud
It has them for sure still one
So I remove them?

Going to jack it up tonight, spin each wheel, and remove the rear silver C-Clips on the one stud on each side.
