Re: Tomberlin -no power to dash
Talked to Tomberlin service tech, he advised me to check wiring harness, That was the problem, it was where Hall effect sensor wiring connects to main wire,RED wire was corroded, a common problem said by tech.As stated I was getting code 1-2 on the controller,no power to dash, no go,no solenoid click,
Got it fixed, will be replacing hall effect sensor(souped up ITS) while I have that part off. I received parts list and great customer service! Contact me if you need their number..... |

Re: Tomberlin -no power to dash
Ordered Hall effect sensor,no instructions, texted service guy, he texted me thru it, Thought I will pass along this info, install sensor with connection toward rear of cart, had to switch red and blue wire, outside wires on connector,I used a straight pin to release, kinda tricky but possible, installed on cart, kinda jerky at first, but smoothed out,
*** Note, the Hall effect sensor that was originally on the 2009 emerge had circuit board separate from ITS,maybe this is why wires had to be switched... |

Re: Tomberlin -no power to dash
I have a similar issue as I believe the service guy that replaced a corroded lead pulled the red wire from my DC converter loose. Does anyone have a detailed wiring schematic or picture of their converter wiring? Curious on who you texted as a technician, unfortunately I live in the midwest and nobody knows these out here.
