Thumbs up 2003 G22 has "0" compression??

Hi Everyone,
I have a Gas 2003 yamaha G22 that i bought a few years back. It didn't run well at all when I first got (died out while driving intermitently) it. I replaced the fuel pump, some of the fuel/vac lines that were dryrotted and replaced the carb.. After this it ran really well for about an hour, Hasn't started since and that was about a year ago.
I realized I wasn't getting any fuel to the carb. I pulled the vac. line off the fuel pump and hit gas pedal so it would spin over, doesn't feel like theres any vac. I then tried a cylinder compression test and it didn't even move the needle on gauge. I will also say the oil level is/was low (barely into the crosshatching on dipstick).
Any help or advice greatly appreciated. I have a video of what its doing also If that may help anyone determine the cause.
Thanks, Paul Osipoff

Did you check compression with wide open throttle?

Blow backwards thru the pulse line--it may be clogged.

Certainly the next thing is to pull the valve cover and check lash and proper valve movement.

Make sure a rocker arm didnt fall out. Or make sure valve lash isn't excessively tight. If the valves are too tight, they don't close all the way and you'll have no compression.

I would put it at TDC and do a leak down test.

It's the line from the fuel pump to the top of the crankcase.
