Having trouble finding a top end kit for a 2005 Yamaha G22. Needing a cylinder and piston anyone know a good place to get one?

Re: G22 Top End
I believe the cylinder is part of the block, you cant just replace the top end like a 4wheeler where the cylinder is separate.

Re: G22 Top End
Yep, this ain't no 2-stroke, where you buy a new jug & piston, and be done with it. Cylinder will need to be bored. If it's never been rebuilt, the top of the piston will not have any numbers on top. Yamaha offers 2 oversize pistons, 0.25mm over, and 0.50mm over. They have the numbers 25 & 50 on top to identify them, with an arrow to show which way they should point. (With proper ring sets to match each piston size). The block will need it's bore to be matched to piston size (no ball-hone here). Do all crank bearings while you're in there, and new gaskets & seals. Do Not omit the gaskets and use only silicone sealer instead- Very Important! Gaskets are part of crank end-play tolerances. No rod bearings will be needed, as none were used.
