Plug the plug to the brake. Switch the cart on. If you then lose voltage at the white wire at the brake plug, then you should at the same time lose power at pin 12. You HAVE TO. They're connected. If that's the case, then the failure is back towards the brake switch in the floor. Have you yet probed the red to the brake switch whenever you switch the cart on and see if you're losing power there ? I think we keep chasing the coon up the wrong side of the gum tree.

Do you read full pack voltage on the red at the brake switch in the floor ( its a red and white in a 4 pin plug, only two of the 4 are used ) You should have full pack voltage there on that red wire with the cart switched on. Should also read the same full pack voltage on the white right side of it.

And you're reading that pack voltage from the red at the brake switch in the floor, with the negative lead of VOM on battery negative , motor brake plugged up, cart switched on ?
