OBC bypassing (I have reviewed the bypassing sticky)
I'm not asking how to bypass, that has been greatly covered in the sticky, thank you very much for that. My question is WHY are we bypassing the OBC when we are upgrading to the DPI charger? What is the purpose of the OBC if we are just bypassing it? It seems odd that the manufacturer put components in for us just to bypass, maybe I just think differently

Club Car put OBCs in the carts instead of in the chargers. 3rd party chargers have the OBC in the charger instead. Trying to charge a cart with an OBC in it, with a charger that also has an OBC in it won't charge.
