Club Car Vacuum Lines
My 94 clubcar is cranking over but wont start. I looked under the seat and saw a what I assumed was a vacuum line from the carburetor that looks like it has come loose.
Does any one know where this should be connected to? or Maybe a vacuum Diagram ? |

Re: Club Car Vacuum Lines
Kerri the pictures don't show the other end. Does the line end as a connection to the crankcase? If so it may be the pulse line for the fuel pump.

Re: Club Car Vacuum Lines
The vacuum line your seeing is a carburetor vent line...
It's not supposed to be connected to anything! There should be a plastic + in the end of it, and just fitted in a hole in the frame! check the end of it to make sure it's clear of debris! If it's clear... time to check elsewhere! |

Re: Club Car Vacuum Lines
Have you determined if you have spark?
Remove the fuel line from the carb, stick it in a cup and push pedal, do you get gas out of it? What have you done as far as trouble shooting so we don't cover the same ground twice. |
