Funny thing is now the new RXV ezgo is running a kawasaki 400cc single
I have always felt that the two cylinder had more torque than a single ....

I think the single cyl. engines hold up a little better.

To bring up an old topic.

I've found a 36V EZGO that I am considering. It works out well because it is a trade, so I won't be out of pocket anything.

It is a 2003 model and here is the craigslist ad: http://atlanta.craigslist.org/nat/for/1558393990.html

I just don't wanna be disappointed in the performance because I will be using it in a campground with some hills. I'll be using it to go from site to pool, playground, lake, etc. I've noticed that there are many electric models in use there as well.

I am thinking that I can go ahead and get it and if I am not happy I can sell it and buy a gas model since I won't really be out anything. Actually it would benefit me greatly as I am trading an item that I don't need or use and it is definately in my favor value wise.

I'd love advice and opinions.

Scooby, sounds like you have made up your mind with the trade. I deal with the hills of east TN and understand the strain of hills on the electrics. If the cart has healthy batteries you will be OK until they become average batteries. I own a gasser and am envied by many sparky owners at the hilly campgrounds, and I envy the sparkies in flat terrain (so quiet). You will enjoy either, I promise.

Thanks. I guess you could say I've made up my mind. It's a really hard deal to pass up. I'm essentially trading an item that I havent used in over a year for something I need/ want.

I figure that if it doesn't work out (electric), I can trade or sell for a gasser.

Thanks, any other opinions?
