Need G8 help
Old 36v G8 no run condition. It appears that the solenoid it not being activated as there is no click, if I just the solenoid with a 6Ga wire I get a spark, but the cart runs in forward and reverse, if I break the connection at the solenoid again, I don't get another spark. The switch at the pedal is shot, but even if I jump these wires together I still get no go or activation of the solenoid. Solenoid is good.

Re: Need G8 help
Well about to throw in the towel on this one. Have voltage in all the right places, diodes are good, just can't get the solenoid to activate, and have replaced the solenoid with a known good one, press the pedal and nothing happens, but jump the main solenoid wires and it sparks since it's instant connection to the controller and it'll run.
Beginning to think maybe it's the controller but don't know. Anyone? |
