hello i have a 2007 yamaha with a 48 volt dpi charger and when i plug it in the problem detected light comes on. Does this mean that the board is done or any other problems any one would know of?

DPI chargers are pretty basic, transformer/relay and board. Thake the dc handle halves aprt and see if you have burnt wires on the connector pins first. Good luck

I have the dpi charger as well. When I plug it in the red error light comes on for about two seconds and then it goes off and the yellow charging light flashes and then remains constant until it charges fully and the green light turns on and all other lights are off. Does this sound right?
